Lower Manhattan Penthouse by David Hotson Architect

This four-level penthouse residence, located in the landmarked crown of an early steel framed skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, is currently under construction. The images of conceptual models, design renderings, and in-progress construction photographs that follow document the exacting process involved in bringing the many innovative components of the project into a tightly integrated whole, and begin to suggest the extraordinary drama of the completed spaces and their relationship to the astonishing cityscape around them.
